Stanley Friedrich
Kitesurfing instructor
Mozambique & Madagascar
I'm super passionate about sharing outdoor experiences with people and creating moments in the outdoors. Instructing kitesurfing has shown me just how powerful that can be, giving people the gift of a whole new lifestyle. That's what drives me. I want to show people they can live a more outdoor orientated life, and that it doesn't have to seem so crazy or out of reach. It can be really manageable.
I'm part of the team at BYND.XP, a premium adventure travel brand designing trips from kitesurfing to snowboarding and everything in between, whatever our guests want to chase, we build it. I split my time between Durban and Cape Town, traveling the coastline, surfing, kiting and hiking along the way. I take a hands on approach to every trip, ensuring every moment is special keeping smiles on dials all day.

Robyn & David Foot
Botswana Educators & Experts
Robyn and David firmly believe there is no future for the conservation of Africa’s wildlife without the local communities receiving realistic benefits so in Malawi we set up the Nyika-Vwaza Trust which was registered as a charity in the UK and here in Botswana we run a student education programme sending 4 students per year from the local villages for 12 month courses at either the South African College for Tourism or the South African Trackers Academy.

Andrew Gilles
Namibian Expert
Andrew has been a guide since 1989. He is the lead guide on the Namibian tours.
He loves everything about his job. The harsh rugged beauty, the wide open spaces, the adventure, the freedom, the horses and describes riding on the big desert plain as the best feeling in the world.

Niel Cameron
Destination Experience Curator
Cam believes every destination has a story waiting to be discovered. Drawing on his background as a former Royal Marine, he approaches travel with curiosity, resilience and a deep appreciation for the people, history and landscapes that shape each place.

Whether he's walking First World War battlefields in Slovenia, uncovering hidden gems across Europe, or sharing local traditions and breathtaking scenery, Cam's travels go beyond the guidebook. His journeys inspire travellers to look a little deeper, venture a little further and experience destinations through the stories that bring them to life.
Through Cam's Travels, he shares authentic experiences, fascinating history and practical travel inspiration, helping Dreamovator clients discover places that leave a lasting impression long after they've returned home.
"The best journeys aren't measured in miles—they're measured in the stories you bring back."

Deirdre Naidoo
The definition of passion is a strong or barely controllable emotion. It’s not every day that you get to do what you love and that is how I feel about event planning. I’m not just doing a job, I’m living my passion, and this permeates in all facets of my life.
Harnessing my talents has molded me into who I am today and has made me a better person for it. I’ve crossed paths with many interesting people from the industry over the years, who have impacted my life in so many ways. The learning never stops, the sense of pride one feels when a project you’ve worked on for months comes to fruition.
The impending emotion that builds up when you slowly start to reap the fruit of your labour. I started my career in the events industry in 2002, firstly in the hotel industry whereby I worked at various establishments, followed by an event and marketing agency and on to corporate. There has never been a day whereby I’ve questioned my chosen path. I take the good with the bad, it may not all be smooth sailing, but this builds character, tenacity, and resilience. In the end the journey is totally worth it, I’m grateful for the opportunity to do what I love.
This is indeed #mypassion #mypurpose
